Many of our clients have a range of needs, and although we do not provide nursing care directly we do work closely with your medical team to ensure that your carer has all the information they need to provide you with the help and support you need on a day to day basis.

Here when you need us

Not all 24 hour care has to be provided by a live in carer. At Agincare we know that some of our clients still want to maintain a degree of personal space, so instead of live in care, we ensure that they have round the clock coverage provided through a 24 hour care line that they can call out of hours. This means if you need assistance at any time you can simply call us and you will immediately be in contact with one of our experienced team, not an answer machine. We provide you with a true 24 hour care service with the peace of mind knowing that you can always speak to someone from Agincare.
