Looking after the elderly

Our carers are experienced in looking after elderly people in their own homes, allowing them to remain in the community and maintain a degree of independence that isn’t possible with residential care. Our role as home care providers means that we can tailor your care provision to suit your specific needs – whether that’s 24 hour live in care or day care with the added reassurance of a 24 hour direct helpline if you need support out of hours.

Helping younger clients keep their independence

As home care providers, we’re aware that care for younger people presents its own unique set of challenges, particularly if the client is living away from home. Our care workers have the experience and expertise to provide support for younger clients at all levels of dependency, including clients with mobility restrictions and those suffering from mental health issues. Although we don’t provide nursing care, we do liase closely with Primary Care trusts and social services to ensure your family member has a complete support network in place.

Respite care

Sometimes, you may only need our care services for a short period of time. Our respite care provision can put in place a live in carer or care support within 72 hours of an initial assessment, allowing you to take a break or provide emergency cover when necessary. If you’re making the move from hospital care back to your home environment, we can provide home care during the transitional period, speeding up the process and getting you back home more quickly.
